After you sign up for a subscription plan, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which is on or around the15th of the month.
There may be limited edition products with specific ship by dates which will be processed and shipped by the dates indicated on the product listing. Please take note of these dates on the product listing and note that these periods may vary.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.
All Masarap Box orders include FREE U.S. shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
At this time, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, exchanges and damages
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or if you received the wrong items, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the items’ condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
