You can cancel your subscription plan at any time.
Log into your account and access your customer portal to cancel your subscription.
Make sure you cancel before the 15th of the month when your plan automatically renews. You will be sent a confirmation email regarding your cancellation.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
If you are on the 3-month, 6-month or annual plan, you will be sent any remaining boxes from your most recent renewal, but you won’t be charged again moving forward.
We cannot offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped.
Please make sure to cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle and having your payment method charged.
