Each Masarap Box contains a unique combination of Filipino snacks and goodies such as chips, cookies, crackers, candy, nuts, seasonings, spices and savory items. You’ll receive some of the most well-loved and popular Filipino treats and goodies like Boy Bawang, Pillows, Ovalteenies,Fudgee Barr, Ube Cake and more! Depending on the type of box you select, you’ll receive 8 to 12 Filipino snack items and 3 to 4 Filipino seasonings, mixes and savory items. Please refer to the product description for each box.

Yes! If you would like to gift an entire subscription to someone, select "Add Order Note" in your cart. Indicate that this subscription is a gift, the full name of the recipient and a message to the recipient (optional). Make sure during the checkout process, you enter the RECIPIENT's mailing address.
If you are on a subscription plan and you want to gift certain boxes in your plan to another person, please contact us at shopmasarapbox.com to make this arrangement. Please contact us before the 15th of the month to ensure the changes take effect before the next shipping cycle.

We do accept requests for promotional boxes for review. Please note that there are a limited number of boxes that are available for promotional purposes. If you are interested in receiving a promotional box, please send your request to email@example.com and include your blog or Youtube channel name and link and your influencer/blogging media kit. Requests are determined on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Log into your account and access your customer portal to cancel your subscription. Make sure you cancel before the 15th of the month when your plan automatically renews. You will be sent a confirmation email regarding your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are on the 3-month, 6-month or annual plan, you will be sent any remaining boxes from your most recent renewal, but you won’t be charged again moving forward.
We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped.
Please make sure to cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle and having your payment method charged.
At this time you must purchase a subscription plan, either month-to-month or a 3-month, 6-month or annual subscription plan. If you would like to receive just one box (either for yourself or as a gift), select the month-to-month option and log into your customer portal to cancel your subscription before your subscription automatically renews on the 15th of the month.
Yes, you can purchase multiple subscription plans, just change the QTY of the plan. However, if you want to send one subscription to a friend, you will have to place a separate transaction for that subscription, so you can indicate the correct shipping address for your friend. Please also indicate on the notes section that is a gift subscription.
